Chef Tremont Pierre has catered for multiple public figures including: NBA players Camron Payne and Rodney Hood; Sports Agent Sean King; NBA and college trainer Chuck Ellis; MLB players Tim Anderson, Corey Ray, Alex Thomas, Korry Howell, Donovan Williams and MLB strength coach Travis Smith,

I have also catered for Black Ink Chicago owner Ryan Henry and Chicago tattoo artist and fashion owner Van Johnson, 21st ward Alderman Howard Brookins, 9th ward Alderman Anthony Beale, 4th District County Board Commissioner Stanley Moore, Olive Harvey Athletic Director Robert Fletcher, Governor State head volleyball coach Pedro González, The Red Hat Society Inc.and Historic Jackie Robinson West Little League.
